TOYO Secures $240 Million in U.S. Solar Module Supply Agreements
TOYO Co., Ltd. announced it has entered into binding agreements for solar module supply to U.S. customers, valued at approximately $240 million through mid-2027.
TOYO Co., Ltd., a solar manufacturing company, announced it has secured binding agreements with multiple U.S. customers for the supply of solar photovoltaic modules. The aggregate contract value is approximately $240 million, with deliveries scheduled through the first half of 2027.
The agreements span various end markets, including utility-scale power generation, commercial and industrial projects, community solar, and data center applications. The company has entered into these agreements since mid-June 2026.
Modules supplied under these contracts will be manufactured at TOYO's facility in Houston, Texas. This plant currently has a manufacturing capacity of approximately 2 GW annually and employs around 600 people.
TOYO stated that the new agreements reflect increasing customer demand for U.S.-manufactured solar products, emphasizing supply chain security and domestic production. The company believes its U.S. manufacturing base is well-positioned to meet demand driven by domestic content requirements and regulations concerning Foreign Entities of Concern (FEOC).
