Tracy Bradford Honored for Women's Advancement in Gaming Industry

Tracy Bradford, President of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, has been honored with the 2026 Patty Becker Pay It Forward Award by Global Gaming Women. The award was presented at the organization's annual Kick Up Your Heels event in Las Vegas on September 30.

The award, named after pioneering gaming executive Patty Becker, recognizes Bradford's significant commitment to mentorship, leadership development, and advocacy for women within the gaming industry. She was among six recipients selected from a record number of nominations.

Bradford brings over two decades of leadership experience to her role. She has advanced within Seminole Gaming since 2005 and currently oversees management and operations for Support Services, Customer Care, and Aviation. Her career in gaming spans more than 40 years, beginning in 1984.

"Tracy has been instrumental in building a culture of operational excellence across Seminole Hard Rock Support Services," said Jim Allen, Chairman of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming. He noted that Bradford embodies the award's spirit through her dedication to advancing women in the industry.
