Tradable, a marketplace for private assets, has introduced a new platform for the fund secondaries market. The offering aims to provide private fund investors with structured access to liquidity and grant fund managers a process for managing such transactions.

Investors in private funds may often face lengthy waits for their capital to be returned. Tradable's new software-based platform empowers fund managers to offer rolling liquidity to their investors. Approved buyers can submit offers for fund interests through the platform, gaining access to curated fund stakes and first-party data about the fund and its underlying investments.

Tradable's SaaS platform streamlines the secondary market process, offering users a technology-driven advantage in liquidity. General Partners (GPs) can integrate their funds, enabling existing Limited Partners (LPs) to seek liquidity primarily from within the fund's existing investor base. This approach reduces the need for costly and time-consuming diligence and consent processes. The service integrates seamlessly with Tradable's existing marketplace for private assets.

"Investors increasingly want a clear path to liquidity, while fund managers want to minimize operational overhead and protect their investor relationships," said Alex Cordover, CEO of Tradable. "Tradable gives managers the tools to offer structured liquidity inside their funds in a more organized and repeatable way." The company's platform already serves a network of over 250 institutional counterparties managing more than $1 trillion in assets.
