TranquilHearts Alumni Survey Shows 92% Improved Quality of Life

MERIDA, Mexico – TranquilHearts, a private luxury rehabilitation center, is emphasizing its treatment model that combines clinical addiction care with structured wellness and skills-building activities. According to a recent alumni survey, 92% of respondents reported an improved quality of life after receiving treatment at the center.

The survey, conducted by MultiEstudios RPM S.A. de C.V., also found that 90% of respondents experienced improved relationships, and 81% reported better physical health. These findings are self-reported by alumni and are not presented as independently verified clinical outcomes. Details such as survey sample size, field dates, and response rate have not been publicly disclosed.

TranquilHearts' program includes therapy and counseling, group sessions, alongside activities such as nutrition, meditation, yoga, massage, botany, Spanish classes, and a therapy dog. The center suggests these activities support broader recovery frameworks, such as the one outlined by the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), which encompasses dimensions of health, home, purpose, and community.

A 2025 systematic review indicated that exercise could complement addiction treatment by improving physiological, psychological, and social quality of life. While the study did not find a significant reduction in positive drug screens, it supports the idea that supplementary activities can be beneficial during the recovery process.
