Transavia expands distribution agreement with Amadeus

Transavia, a subsidiary of the Air France-KLM Group, has extended its global distribution agreement with technology provider Amadeus. The deal grants travel sellers using the Amadeus Travel Platform access to all Transavia fare classes, including new automated tools designed to suggest premium fare upgrades during the booking process.

The expansion arrives as Transavia scales its operations at Paris Orly Airport. By absorbing select slots previously held by Air France, the airline is increasing its capacity on high-demand French domestic routes, including services to Marseille, Nice, and Toulouse scheduled to launch in March 2026.

Julien Mallard, Chief Commercial Officer at Transavia, noted that the agreement is intended to bolster the airline's appeal to business travelers. By integrating these fares into the Amadeus ecosystem, the carrier aims to maintain consistent distribution across all B2B booking channels as it targets a larger share of the corporate travel market.
