Transcosmos Joins Youth Mentoring Program with SANKAKUSHA
Transcosmos has partnered with nonprofit SANKAKUSHA to participate in a youth mentoring and support program. The initiative aims to foster social participation and employment for young people facing difficult circumstances.

Transcosmos has announced its participation in a youth mentoring and support program, collaborating with the nonprofit organization SANKAKUSHA. This initiative is part of the Collaborative Growth Society, promoted by KEIZAI DOYUKAI (Japan Association of Corporate Executives), which seeks to enhance social participation and employment opportunities for young individuals facing challenging life situations.
Within the program, transcosmos employees will act as mentors to young people supported by SANKAKUSHA over a period of approximately six months. The goal is to provide regular dialogue and ongoing support, helping these young individuals expand their future possibilities. Rather than offering short-term employment-focused assistance, the program aims to build trusting relationships with working adults.
SANKAKUSHA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting young people, primarily aged 15 to 25, who lack reliance on parents or other adults. The organization provides opportunities for social participation to enable independence without isolation, offering spaces, employment opportunities, and housing assistance.
Transcosmos stated that this initiative aligns with its corporate values, such as "Create a fair environment for everyone." Furthermore, the program offers participating employees a chance to deepen their understanding of social issues and enhance their communication skills through interactions with individuals holding diverse values and perspectives.
