Charlotte, N.C. – Transit Technologies, a provider of software solutions for modern mobility, announced the appointment of Kristen Shaheen as its new Chief Legal Officer (CLO) on July 9, 2026. Shaheen will report directly to CEO Gerry Leonard. Her responsibilities will extend beyond traditional legal functions to include Human Resources and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), supporting the company's next phase of growth.
Shaheen brings a track record of building legal teams for high-growth, private equity-backed technology companies. She is noted for her sound judgment and cross-functional collaboration, contributing value beyond standard legal duties.
