Shaheen will report directly to CEO Gerry Leonard. Her responsibilities will extend beyond traditional legal functions to include Human Resources and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), supporting the company's next phase of growth.

Shaheen brings a track record of building legal teams for high-growth, private equity-backed technology companies. She is noted for her sound judgment and cross-functional collaboration, contributing value beyond standard legal duties.
