Traveltech Startup Holiday Tribe Seeks ₹50 Crore Funding
India-based traveltech startup Holiday Tribe is reportedly negotiating a new funding round of approximately ₹50 crore, with RPSG Capital Ventures identified as a potential investor.

Holiday Tribe, a travel startup specializing in personalized holiday packages, is in early-stage discussions to raise roughly ₹50 crore ($5.2 million). Sources indicate that RPSG Capital Ventures is currently engaged in talks, though the final terms and the participation of other investors remain subject to change.
Founded in 2022 by former MakeMyTrip executives Anshu Sharma and Chirag Goyal, the company operates a platform that combines artificial intelligence with human travel expertise. The service focuses on itinerary planning for diverse travel segments, including luxury travel and group vacations across domestic and international markets.
The potential fundraise follows a steady capital injection history for the startup. Holiday Tribe previously secured ₹25 crore in a pre-Series A round last year led by Powerhouse Ventures, following an initial ₹5.4 crore seed round. These earlier investments were earmarked for enhancing AI capabilities and expanding destination offerings.
The interest in Holiday Tribe highlights a broader trend of venture capital investment in personalized Indian travel platforms. Competitors such as 30 Sundays and TravClan have also recently attracted significant funding, signaling continued investor confidence in platforms that integrate AI-driven planning with specialized travel support.
