Trellist Quals.ai Adds AI Research Capabilities

WEST CHESTER, Pa. – Trellist, Inc. and Twentify have updated their AI-powered qualitative research platform, Quals.ai. The platform, exclusively distributed in the U.S. by Trellist, now offers expanded capabilities from research execution and analysis to leveraging insights.

The new features focus on deepening the understanding of research findings and facilitating integration. The 'Story' function transforms research results into visual narratives, simplifying communication with stakeholders. 'SmartAsk™' allows for new questions to be posed and themes to be explored based on completed interviews, reducing the need to restart the entire research process.

Additionally, Quals.ai is launching a public API, enabling organizations to integrate their research data, including transcripts, with their own systems. This supports integration with internal data repositories, reporting tools, and other business applications. Other new features include customizable AI moderator profiles and tools such as the 'Interview Assistant' and 'Operations Dashboard' to streamline interview management and quality.
