Tresalis Acquires Wellbeing Fragrance House Vyrao
A new healthcare and beauty platform, Tresalis, has acquired Vyrao. Founder Yasmin Sewell will continue as Chief Brand Officer.
Tresalis, a newly established owner-operator platform for science- and efficacy-led consumer health, beauty, and wellness brands, has acquired Vyrao, the London-founded wellbeing fragrance house. The transaction makes Tresalis the majority shareholder and operating partner.
The platform aims to acquire and grow differentiated brands by combining long-term capital with operational expertise in brand growth, commercialization, and international expansion. Tresalis is anchored by the Munich-based family office ATHOS and serial entrepreneur Dr. Fernando Tamez.
Vyrao's founder, Yasmin Sewell, will continue to lead the brand's creative and strategic direction as Chief Brand Officer and shareholder. The brand will retain its identity while benefiting from Tresalis's clinical expertise, operational resources, and global network.
Founded in 2021, Vyrao focuses on blending master perfumery with neuroscience principles to enhance wellbeing. The brand uses clean ingredients and has expanded its offerings beyond fragrances to include candles, incense, and cream scents.
