Trevor Noah to host Google's Pixel 11 launch event

Google is scheduled to host its next Made by Google hardware launch event on August 12th. The company announced in a new video that comedian Trevor Noah will serve as the host.

The event is expected to feature other celebrities and influencers. These include Alex Cooper, host of "Call Her Daddy," Indian cricketer Shubman Gill, and Japanese actress Ayami Nakajo, all of whom have previously appeared in Pixel advertisements. NBA star Stephen Curry, who also acts as a Google Performance Advisor, will be participating.

Both Cooper and Noah are also bringing their shows to YouTube. Last year's event was hosted by Jimmy Fallon.
