TRG Expands Endpoint Lifecycle Services by Acquiring Barcode Supply
TRG, a global managed services provider, has acquired Barcode Supply, LLC, a specialist in barcode, RFID, and data capture solutions, to enhance its endpoint lifecycle platform.
TRG, a global provider of managed services for the full lifecycle of enterprise endpoints, has expanded its capabilities with the acquisition of Barcode Supply, LLC. The deal brings Barcode Supply's expertise in barcode, RFID, labeling, and data capture solutions into TRG's platform.
The acquisition is expected to enhance TRG's offering with complementary hardware, consumables, software, and technical services. It also expands TRG's footprint into the U.S. Southeast region. Barcode Supply, founded in 2003, specializes in helping organizations source, deploy, and support critical barcode and labeling systems.

Barcode Supply's CEO, Jason Littleton, and his team will continue to operate as part of TRG. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
