Tri Pointe Homes to Build New Housing Community in Raleigh

Tri Pointe Homes has announced plans to develop Everstead, a new single-family home community located at 8113 Ligon Mill Road in Raleigh, North Carolina. The development will bring 284 new homesites to the area, with a focus on flexible, main-floor living floorplans designed for modern lifestyles.

Everstead will offer six distinct floorplans across two collections: The Grove and The Pines. Homes will range from approximately 1,400 to 2,700 square feet, featuring two to four bedrooms and two to three and a half bathrooms. All homes will include a two-car garage, and buyers will have opportunities for personalization, with smart home technology integrated throughout.

A community amenity center, approximately 3,200 square feet, is also under construction and is expected to open in 2028. The center will include a pool, fitness area, and other recreational spaces. Homes are anticipated to start in the mid-$500,000s.

Sales for the homes are scheduled to begin in February 2027. Prospective buyers can join an interest list for updates and information about upcoming events, such as a "Lunch and Learn" session on November 12, 2026. Tri Pointe Homes is one of the largest homebuilders in the U.S., operating in 13 states.
