Trident Solutions Names Dr. Josh Bruckmeyer Executive Vice President of Engineering
Defense electronics platform Trident Solutions appointed Dr. Josh Bruckmeyer as Executive Vice President of Engineering. He will lead technical strategy and product integrity.
FAIRFAX, Virginia – July 9, 2026 – Trident Solutions, a multi-domain defense electronics platform backed by ATL Partners, announced the appointment of Dr. Josh Bruckmeyer as Executive Vice President of Engineering. In his new role, Bruckmeyer will serve as Trident's enterprise Design Authority, overseeing engineering strategy, technical excellence, systems architecture, innovation, talent development, and the technical integrity of the company's products and solutions.
Bruckmeyer brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Engineering and Technical Fellow for the Space and Mission Systems segment at L3Harris. His background includes leading large engineering organizations and shaping technology strategies across space, airborne, electronic warfare, and C4ISR domains.
Trident Solutions provides aerospace and defense electronics and processing systems, including digital RF, optical command and control solutions, and atmospheric and airborne sensors. The company operates through three divisions: Space Electronic Systems (SES), Integrated C4ISR Systems (ICS), and Optical Precision Systems (OPS).
