Trigent Launches AI Solutions for Insurance Claims, Underwriting, and Policy Review
Technology firm Trigent has introduced three production-ready AI solutions aimed at streamlining insurance claims processing, underwriting, and policy document analysis for carriers and brokers.
Trigent has launched three specialized artificial intelligence solutions designed for the insurance industry, focusing on claims processing, underwriting, and policy review. These solutions, built on the company's Trigent ArkOS platform, aim to reduce operational friction and enhance efficiency across insurance workflows.
The new offerings include ClaimIQ, which accelerates claim decisions through AI-assisted intake and instant policy validation using multimodal agents. The Underwriting Engine automates risk assessment and summarization with explainable AI that logs decision reasoning. Document Intelligence analyzes complex insurance policies and endorsements rapidly, identifying obligations and risks while linking insights to their source.
Trigent reports significant improvements for its clients. ClaimIQ has boosted straight-through processing rates by 84% for a major insurer, while Document Intelligence reduced contract processing costs by 90% and cut turnaround time from 48 hours to 4 minutes for an MGA. These solutions are positioned to help carriers, MGAs, and brokers adopt AI-driven operational models.
Chella Palaniappan, President of Client Services at Trigent, stated that achieving genuine value from AI requires tailored, domain-aware intelligence. The company plans to showcase these solutions at ITC Vegas 2026 later this month, offering demonstrations and integration strategy discussions.
With over three decades of experience in insurtech, Trigent provides global software engineering and AI solutions to help organizations modernize operations and enhance customer engagement.
