Trip.Biz has launched Agent ONE, an artificial intelligence suite aimed at transforming the business travel experience. The company claims the software can cut booking times by up to 90 percent and streamline oversight for corporate travel managers.
The Agent ONE suite comprises four interconnected, specialized agents intended to support the entire business travel lifecycle. Trip.Biz stated that the goal is also to improve the adoption of online booking tools (OBT) and reduce leakage within corporate travel programs globally.
The product was unveiled at the Transform 2026 event in Singapore. Trip.Biz anticipates that Agent ONE will provide significant efficiencies and enhanced control for companies managing business travel.
