Triplesense Reply launches AI virtual assistant for BYD

Triplesense Reply has launched Leo, an AI virtual assistant developed for electric and hybrid vehicle manufacturer BYD. Leo is designed to help customers discover their ideal electric vehicle by offering personalized and natural interactions on BYD's website.

The assistant guides users through key vehicle specifications such as range and charging times. Its dynamic interface adapts conversational flows in real-time to meet each customer's specific needs, aiming to create a stress-free and engaging shopping experience.

Triplesense Reply managed all aspects of the project, from creative conception to technical execution. This involved developing the assistant's concept, creating a brand-aligned tone of voice, designing an intuitive user experience, and implementing advanced AI models for language processing, voice synthesis, and avatar video streaming.

Leo retrieves information, images, and videos from two distinct databases in real-time to provide relevant responses. It also suggests tools like simulators or comparison features to guide customers according to their needs. The virtual assistant is available on BYD's official website.
