Triton-led Consortium Acquires 97.8 Percent of Cint Group
A Triton-led consortium has completed its tender offer for Cint Group AB, acquiring approximately 97.8 percent of the company's shares and votes. Cint's shares were subsequently delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm.

Stockholm – A consortium led by Triton Partners has finalized its public tender offer for Cint Group AB, securing a controlling stake of approximately 97.8 percent. The offer, initially announced on April 29, 2026, through TriCarbs Bidco AB, concluded its extended acceptance period on July 29, 2026.
Following the successful tender offer, Cint's shares were delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm on August 7, 2026. Cint operates as a global marketplace for digital insights, connecting researchers, advertisers, brands, and corporations with real-time data from over 130 countries. The company serves around 4,300 business clients through its Panel Exchange and Media Measurement segments.
Triton stated that this investment aligns with a market shift towards automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled workflows in the data-driven insights sector. The private equity firm plans to support Cint's global expansion, diversify its data sources, and enhance its media measurement platform.
