Truecaller announces nomination committee for 2027 Annual General Meeting
Truecaller has appointed its nomination committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting, featuring representatives from its largest shareholders.
Truecaller AB has confirmed the composition of its nomination committee ahead of the company's 2027 Annual General Meeting. The committee is tasked with preparing proposals for the board of directors and auditor elections.
The committee includes Kamjar Hajabdolahi, representing Nami Zarringhalam; Sven Törnkvist, representing Alan Mamedi; and Staffan Ringvall, representing Handelsbanken Fonder. They will be joined by Alan Mamedi, who serves as the board representative.
The selection reflects the company's shareholding structure as of September 30, 2026. Shareholders may submit proposals to the committee via the company's investor relations email.
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place on May 21, 2027, in Stockholm.
