Truecaller Reports Revenue Decline,subscription Growth
Communication platform Truecaller reported a 21% decrease in net sales for the second quarter of 2026, while subscription revenues saw significant growth.

Stockholm – Communication platform Truecaller on July 17, 2026, announced a 21% decrease in net sales for the second quarter of 2026, amounting to SEK 393.2 million, compared to SEK 496.4 million in the same period last year. This represents a 14% decrease in constant currencies.
For the first six months of 2026, net sales declined by 24% to SEK 754.8 million from SEK 993.3 million in the prior year. In constant currencies, net sales decreased by approximately 15% for the period.
Despite the overall revenue drop, subscription revenues grew by 41% in constant currencies, and revenue from Truecaller for Business increased by 8%. Advertising revenue saw a 34% decline. The company's recurring revenue streams grew by 26% year-over-year in constant currencies, now accounting for 49% of total net sales, up from 33% a year ago.
Truecaller also reported an increase in monthly active users (MAU), excluding iOS users, by 44.4 million to reach 471.0 million during the second quarter. EBITDA excluding incentive costs decreased by 50% to SEK 105.8 million.
