Trust3 AI enables secure autonomous AI agents on Microsoft OneLake
Trust3 AI has launched a new capability to automatically synchronize row- and column-level security policies across Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft OneLake Security.

Trust3 AI has introduced a new capability designed to automatically synchronize security policies at the row and column level across Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft OneLake Security. This feature addresses the growing challenges businesses face in managing and securing sensitive data as it is consolidated within OneLake from various sources.
Previously, companies often had to duplicate access policies manually across each data platform they utilized. This complexity increases significantly with the deployment of autonomous AI agents, which can access data in non-deterministic ways. Trust3 AI's new technology links the access policies of source platforms directly to OneLake Security rules, ensuring that all data access requests, whether from humans or AI agents, are validated in real-time.
"AI agents within enterprises must adopt the same trust boundaries as the humans and systems they act on behalf of," said Don Bosco Durai, CTO at Trust3 AI. "Our integration with Microsoft OneLake Security ensures that the security intent from Databricks and Snowflake is enforced in the identity and access controls of agents within Microsoft Fabric. This provides organizations with a practical way to scale autonomous AI without creating a separate security model or weakening existing safeguards."
Trust3 AI aims to ensure that agents remain inherently trustworthy as they become more autonomous. The platform's architecture ensures that for every data access granted by OneLake, agent-specific security frameworks are applied to guarantee secure and appropriate usage.
