These packages integrate financial, legal, and identity protection alongside premier roadside assistance, enabling brokers to cross-sell comprehensive risk-mitigation bundles. Built on Salesforce Service Cloud, the platform provides a connected digital experience that streamlines claims management for agents and policyholders.
These integrated product suites aim to differentiate independent agencies from legacy motor clubs. Three tiers are available: GoSafe, featuring basic roadside assistance and discounts; DriveSafe, which adds financial safety nets like auto deductible reimbursement and travel expense coverage, along with identity theft protection and cell phone protection; and StaySafe, the most comprehensive tier, including home deductible reimbursement and emergency lodging benefits.
TrxNow provides 24/7 roadside assistance and service logistics through a network of service providers. Services include jump-starts, lockouts, tire changes, fuel delivery, towing, and winching. The company focuses on transparency, speed, and reliability in managing emergency vehicle service logistics for passenger cars and heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
