Tuesday Labs begins reservations for $20,000 household robot

Tuesday Labs has launched a reservation program for Voxel, its latest development in domestic robotics. The bipedal machine is engineered to navigate home environments and assist with manual tasks, such as organizing items, using a combination of articulated robotic arms and an integrated vision system.

The project marks a shift toward more complex, task-oriented household robots compared to standard autonomous vacuums or mops currently dominating the market. By integrating advanced perception and manipulation capabilities, Tuesday Labs aims to address the challenge of unstructured domestic spaces.

While the company is currently accepting a $200 reservation fee, the projected retail price for the unit stands at approximately $20,000. Tuesday Labs estimates that the robots will be ready for shipment in 2028.
