Turnbridge Equities Opens Leasing for 141 New Rental Homes in Knightdale

Turnbridge Equities has begun leasing operations at Mailman Post, a new residential development in Knightdale, North Carolina. The community introduces 141 build-to-rent townhomes and detached single-family homes to the Triangle region's housing market.

Located in Knightdale, one of North Carolina's rapidly growing towns, Mailman Post provides single-family rental living positioned less than 20 minutes from downtown Raleigh. Model homes are available for tours, with initial move-ins commencing now.

The development aims to meet increasing demand for housing that offers greater space and flexibility without the commitment of homeownership. Mailman Post features two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts and includes amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and a pickleball court.

Turnbridge Equities cited the region's population and job growth as drivers for the project. Knightdale offers an alternative to more established suburbs with affordability and accessibility to Raleigh and the Research Triangle. Property management and leasing will be handled by Greystar.
