Twelve South releases Airfly View with pairing interface
Twelve South has launched the Airfly View, a wireless headphone adapter that features an integrated screen to simplify device pairing.
Twelve South has updated its wireless audio adapter line with the introduction of the Airfly View. The device replaces traditional LED status indicators with an onboard screen designed to provide clear, step-by-step instructions for pairing wireless headphones with non-Bluetooth hardware.
The adapter is specifically marketed toward travelers seeking to use wireless headphones with airplane entertainment systems. The interface supports 24 languages, addressing common user frustrations regarding the cryptic pairing sequences often found in previous generations of audio adapters.
The Airfly View is currently available for purchase at $79.99. The package includes a carrying case and a 3.5mm dual-prong adapter for legacy airline audio jacks.
