Two Lawyers Named to 2027 Kentucky Super Lawyers List

Justin Peterson, Founding Partner at Peterson Law Office, and Masten Childers III, Office Managing Partner for Lexington and Louisville at Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP, have been selected for the 2027 Kentucky Super Lawyers list. Kellie M. Collins, Managing Partner at Peterson Law Office, also received this recognition.

Super Lawyers, a service of Thomson Reuters, identifies outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas based on a rigorous peer-nomination and research-driven process. The list is limited to no more than 5 percent of attorneys in Kentucky, and lawyers cannot pay to be selected.

Peterson, who founded Peterson Law Office, specializes in personal injury litigation. His background includes experience on both sides of personal injury cases, giving him insight into insurance company strategies. Collins, previously a partner at a defense firm representing insurance carriers, now uses her expertise to represent injured individuals in cases involving auto accidents, medical malpractice, and bad faith insurance claims.
