TXO Acquires Wesbell Communications as Part of Growth Strategy
TXO, a provider of technology lifecycle solutions, has acquired Wesbell Communications. The deal strengthens TXO's position in the global telecommunications market.

CHEPSTOW, Wales – TXO, a global provider of end-to-end technology lifecycle solutions, has acquired Wesbell Communications for an undisclosed sum. Wesbell specializes in network and engineering services, managed services, and asset recovery for Tier 1 telecoms operators, hyperscalers, and data center clients.
The acquisition is part of TXO's growth strategy, which combines organic expansion with targeted acquisitions. Wesbell's established customer relationships, service capabilities, and processing capacity will be integrated with TXO's global network, expanding the breadth and scale of the company's service offerings.
TXO CEO Oliver Lemanski stated that Wesbell's deep technical expertise complements TXO significantly. He emphasized that the acquisition enhances TXO's ability to deliver comprehensive solutions that support customer digitalization and the adoption of sustainable technology practices.
Wesbell Communications CEO Dave Rose described the deal as an exciting next chapter for Wesbell. He noted that TXO's shared customer-first approach, global scale, and technology lifecycle expertise present opportunities to invest in people and capabilities, and to serve a wider customer base within the TXO Group's worldwide network.
