Tyler Siira Named President of Southern Champion Tray

Southern Champion Tray (SCT) has named Tyler Siira as its new President, effective July 1, 2026. Siira takes over the role from Brian Hunt, who will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Chattanooga-based packaging company.

Siira brings a wealth of experience to the position, having previously held leadership roles including Vice President and Treasurer at Unum Group, Owner and President of DCI Manufacturing, and most recently Chief Financial Officer at SCT. He holds a BS in Accounting from Bryan College and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.

Founded in 1927, Southern Champion Tray is a third-generation, family-owned business specializing in paperboard packaging for the bakery, foodservice, and retail markets. The company employs over 950 individuals across facilities in Tennessee, Ohio, and Texas.

The leadership transition is intended to position SCT for continued growth and service to its customer base across North America.
