UBTech Launches Embodied AI Simulation Platform
Shenzhen-based robotics firm UBTech has introduced Thinker-Sim, a new platform designed to streamline the simulation and validation of robot algorithms.

UBTech has officially launched Thinker-Sim, an embodied intelligence simulation platform aimed at reducing the costs associated with real-world data collection. The system is designed to streamline the creation of virtual environments while accelerating the cycles required to validate complex robotics algorithms.
The platform operates on a Real2Sim2Real workflow, which integrates the digitization of physical scenes, large-scale synthetic data generation, and performance evaluation for robotic systems. This move shifts UBTech further into the software space, supplementing its core business of manufacturing humanoid and educational robotics.
Thinker-Sim enters a competitive market currently occupied by established tools like Nvidia’s Isaac Sim. The launch comes amid a broader push in China to accelerate embodied AI development, supported by the state-sponsored establishment of numerous robot training centers throughout the country.
