Udaan's FY26 Revenue Up 13% To ₹5,134 Cr, Loss Narrows

B2B e-commerce platform Udaan saw its operating revenue grow by 13.6% to ₹5,134 crore in the fiscal year ending March 2026, up from ₹4,561 crore in the previous fiscal year.

The company also reported a 19.4% decrease in its net loss, which narrowed to ₹851.5 crore from ₹1,055.4 crore in FY25. This financial improvement follows a period of fluctuating revenue, including a significant decline in FY23.

Udaan attributes the enhanced performance to a strategic focus on profitable growth, operational efficiencies, and tighter execution across its markets. Over the past ten quarters, the company has achieved an average revenue growth rate of approximately 25%, with its contribution margin improving by nearly 500 basis points.

Despite the positive revenue and loss trends, Udaan's financial statements indicated material uncertainty regarding its ability to continue as a going concern, as current liabilities exceeded current assets by ₹1,391 crore at the end of FY26. The company has stated that it secured additional funding post-year-end and anticipates improved operating cash flows through revenue growth and cost-saving measures.
