UFC GYM Expands in Tennessee with New Murfreesboro Location

UFC GYM is set to open a new fitness facility in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, on November 14. The 41,015-square-foot site, located at 205 N. Thompson Lane, marks the company's second location in the state and is housed in a building formerly operated as a YMCA.

The project is owned by Carmine Grassi, an entrepreneur with a long-standing background in the automotive industry. This gym represents Grassi’s initial move into the fitness sector, with stated plans to open two additional regional locations over the next three years. The expansion is expected to generate more than 40 jobs in management, training, and operations.

The facility includes a variety of amenities, such as strength training areas, an indoor track, recovery suites, and designated zones for combat sports training. The center also features a youth-focused program and group fitness classes. Membership tiers start at $24.99 per month, with options for access to recovery services and specialized training.
