UFP Industries acquires Texas-based pallet manufacturer Apache Products

UFP Industries, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has acquired the operating assets and real estate of Silsbee, Texas-based Apache Products, Inc., operating as Acme Skid. The transaction, valued at approximately $27 million, adds significant manufacturing capacity to the firm's pallet production network.

The acquisition serves as a strategic move to consolidate UFP Industries' market position within the Southern United States. By integrating the Acme Skid production facility, the company aims to enhance its logistical reach and service capabilities for regional industrial clients.
