UGREEN breaks ground on technology park in Shenzhen
Consumer electronics firm UGREEN has begun construction on its own technology park in Shenzhen's Longhua District, with an investment of 1.08 billion yuan.

Chinese consumer electronics company UGREEN officially broke ground on its self-funded technology park on August 10 in Shenzhen's Longhua District. The project represents a total investment of 1.08 billion yuan (approximately $150 million USD).
The commencement of construction follows UGREEN's involvement in the restructuring of Zhongzhi Property, through which the company acquired assets and rights related to the property. This move is part of UGREEN's plan to establish its own operational and office facilities. The company committed 276 million yuan as restructuring investment in June 2026.
The new technology park will feature multiple modern buildings designed with public squares, green spaces, and elevated walkways. The UGREEN brand logo will be prominently displayed at the park's entrance and on the buildings.
Founded in 2012, UGREEN specializes in the research, design, production, and sale of consumer electronic products. Its product lines include charging solutions, smart office accessories, audio-visual equipment, and storage devices. UGREEN was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board in July 2024.
