UK startup Resolutiion raises over $10M for enterprise risk-to-resolution AI

UK-based technology firm Resolutiion has raised over $10.4 million in investment to establish a new category of AI infrastructure called Risk-to-Resolution (R2R). This technology aims to encompass the entire enterprise risk management lifecycle, from emerging risks through to conflict resolution.

Founded by Fayola-Maria Jack, who has extensive experience in dispute resolution and the public sector, the company believes AI is poised to transform internal enterprise processes. "I absolutely believe the next trillion-dollar technology company will come out of Europe," Jack stated. Investors include LocalGlobe, Cherry Ventures, Octopus Ventures, and Chevron Technology Ventures.

Resolutiion seeks to address a gap in current enterprise digital systems. While existing software manages customers (CRM), resources (ERP), and contracts (CLM), the human-driven process of identifying, managing, and resolving risks has not been comprehensively digitized. According to the company, nearly three-quarters of organizations report rising costs associated with conflict.

Investors are increasingly focused on AI solutions that not only make professionals faster but also perform work autonomously. Resolutiion's technology, named Octavia™, utilizes advanced models and autonomous agents, adapting to various sectors and regulatory environments.

The company intends to create a new software category integrating tasks currently handled by contract management, procurement, project management, and customer service teams into a unified Risk-to-Resolution process. This aligns with investor trends favoring service-oriented AI solutions.
