Chinese technology news outlet IT Home has released data on the activation quantities for high-end "Ultra" smartphones, based on information from an industry insider. The figures offer insight into the market performance of premium devices.
As of June 30, the iQOO 15 Ultra had approximately 241,000 activations, positioning it at the top. Xiaomi 17 Ultra followed closely with 233,000 activations, while the vivo X300 Ultra recorded 224,000.
The OPPO Find X9 Ultra saw fewer activations compared to its competitors, reaching 136,000 units. These numbers reflect consumer demand for top-tier smartphones, which are often equipped with advanced processors and camera systems.
The featured models, such as the iQOO 15 Ultra and Xiaomi 17 Ultra, are equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen5 chip and incorporate advanced cooling solutions. These devices were launched in late 2023 and early 2024, with initial prices typically starting around 5,499 RMB (approximately $760 USD).
