Electric motorcycle manufacturer Ultraviolette has introduced the X-47 Venom, marking the debut of its new VX-100 vehicle architecture.

Ultraviolette has opened bookings for its X-47 Venom electric motorcycle, priced at an introductory rate of ₹2.65 lakh for the first 5,000 customers. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in November 2026. The bike is the inaugural model built on the company's proprietary VX-100 platform.
The X-47 Venom features the new UV LIGHTFURY electric motor and SRB-11 battery technology, delivering a peak power of 30 kW and a top speed of 155 km/h. It offers an Indian Driving Cycle (IDC) range of 343 kilometers and is designed to weigh 180 kg. The VX-100 architecture is engineered to enhance energy efficiency and thermal management across Ultraviolette’s product range.
Chief Technology Officer Niraj Rajmohan noted that the modular nature of the new platform will allow the company to integrate these technologies into future products, including upcoming e-scooter models.
Following an $85 million Series E funding round, the firm is aggressively expanding its manufacturing capabilities. The company plans to invest over ₹1,000 crore in its upcoming BIGGA Factory, which aims to bring annual production capacity to 250,000 vehicles, supporting both domestic growth and a targeted expansion into international markets.
