Bötzingen, Germany – Umzugsauktion.de, part of the immowelt group, has received an award for the highest customer satisfaction from the German Society for Consumer Studies (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verbraucherstudien, DtGV). The service won the "Customer Satisfaction" category in the 2021/22 "Deutscher Kunden-Award" (German Customer Award).
The DtGV's award is based on a study involving over 335,000 customer opinions collected across various industries. Umzugsauktion.de competed against seven other moving portals, according to the press release. Christian Gimbel, CEO of Umzugsauktion, stated that the award confirms the high quality of the service, which is built on years of experience mediating between customers and moving companies.
Umzugsauktion.de works exclusively with professional, quality-checked moving companies, numbering over 600. Since 2003, the portal has facilitated more than two million moving requests. The company projects a 14 percent revenue increase for 2021, building on a record year in 2020.
To maintain its service standards, Umzugsauktion.de is also expanding its workforce. The company aims to increase the number of partner companies to help customers find suitable movers more quickly. Investments in the product and technology departments are also planned to ensure the continued development of user-friendly services.
