Unanimous AI Awarded 40th Patent for Collective Superintelligence Technologies
Unanimous AI has been awarded its 40th patent for technologies enabling scaled, intelligent human collaboration. The patent covers Hypervideo AI, designed to facilitate productive real-time communication for large groups.

Arlington, Va. – Unanimous AI announced it has received its 40th patent for technologies developed towards achieving collective superintelligence. The latest patent, US 12,675,772, covers Hypervideo AI, a technology aimed at enhancing real-time communication for large human teams.
The new patent specifically addresses scalable methods and systems for AI-facilitated video conferencing. Unanimous AI states that traditional platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams become inefficient with more than six participants. Hypervideo AI intends to overcome this limitation, enabling groups of up to thousands to engage in productive, real-time conversations.
The company asserts that this technology can significantly improve team decision-making, forecast accuracy, and collaborative efficiency. Research cited by Unanimous AI suggests its technology amplifies the collective intelligence of collaborating groups, with a recent study showing a collective IQ of 128. The company has previously secured a contract with the U.S. Air Force to integrate its Hyperchat AI technology into Microsoft Teams.
Unanimous AI has also launched Thinkscape, a platform designed to offer organizations scalable meetings. The platform supports groups of up to 250 people via text, voice, or video, facilitating rapid solution convergence and collaboration.
