E-commerce SaaS company Unicommerce reported a 20% year-over-year increase in its consolidated net profit for Q1 FY27, reaching ₹4.7 crore. Revenue grew by 14.3% to ₹51.4 crore during the same period.

E-commerce SaaS provider Unicommerce announced a 20% year-over-year increase in its consolidated net profit for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026-27 (Q1 FY27), reaching ₹4.7 crore. This marks an improvement from ₹3.9 crore in the prior-year quarter.
Revenue from customer contracts saw a 14.3% rise to ₹51.4 crore during the quarter, compared to ₹44.9 crore in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, revenue experienced a slight decrease of 0.5% from the previous quarter.
Managing Director and CEO Kapil Makhija attributed the growth to double-digit expansion in both its Uniware and Shipway offerings. Total income, including other income of ₹1.4 crore, amounted to ₹52.8 crore, while total expenditure increased by 19% year-over-year to ₹48.2 crore.
Unicommerce offers software solutions for e-commerce businesses, enabling them to manage operations across multiple sales channels. The reported financial performance indicates continued demand for its services in the online retail sector.
