UnionMain Homes Opens Model Home at Austin Springs in Bethlehem, Georgia

UnionMain Homes is opening the model home at its new Austin Springs community in Bethlehem, Georgia, to the public on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The model home, located at 109 Barton Springs Rd., will be open for tours Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The Austin Springs community will feature 43 single-family homes with nine floor plans ranging from 2,131 to 3,625 square feet, priced from the mid-$400s. The model home showcases the "Warren" plan, which includes a large covered porch, a downstairs guest bedroom, a flex space, a pocket office, four bedrooms upstairs, and a game room.

"Austin Springs gives buyers what is getting harder to find around Atlanta: a brand-new home in a small-town setting, without giving up an easy drive to work," said Bandie Gehen, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for UnionMain Homes. "The model lets families stop imagining and actually walk through the home they could be living in."

The community is located in Barrow County along the Highway 316 corridor, providing residents with convenient access to Lawrenceville, Athens, and metro Atlanta. Students will attend Barrow County schools. Visitors to the model home can meet the Austin Springs sales team and discuss financing options.
