UNLEASH Conference in Paris Features L'Oréal CEO, Louis Theroux

The global HR conference UNLEASH is set to take place in Paris from October 20-22, 2026, bringing together 8,500 HR leaders from 140 countries. The central theme of the event is the redefinition and transformation of work in the age of artificial intelligence.

Set to appear on stage for the first time at the conference is Nicolas Hieronimus, CEO of cosmetics giant L'Oréal, alongside the group's CHRO, Jean-Claude Le Grand. They will share insights on how L'Oréal has integrated talent, skills, and AI into an investment thesis, and how this has driven the company's innovation capabilities.

Thought leadership will also be provided by other notable speakers. Acclaimed presenter, documentarian, and author Louis Theroux will moderate the closing keynote session, focusing on AI strategies. Joining him are Josh Bersin, a leading HR industry analyst, neuroscientist Anne-Laure Le Cunff, and IMD professor Howard Yu.

The event will also highlight the emerging category of "work tech," expanding beyond traditional HR technology. Leaders from major corporations including SAP, Adidas, and Ryanair are scheduled to participate in discussions and presentations. Former French President François Hollande is also listed as a speaker addressing the future of the labor market.

The UNLEASH conference is expanding, with plans to move to larger premises at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles for its 2027 event. Marc Coleman, founder and CEO of UNLEASH, emphasizes that the conference offers a positive antidote to AI-related pessimism, showcasing practical examples of successful work reinvention.
