The UNLEASH conference, a global event for HR professionals, announced its upcoming Paris edition will gather 8,500 senior leaders from 140 countries between October 20-22, 2026. The central theme will explore how organizations are rethinking and reinventing work in the age of artificial intelligence (AI).
The event, held at the Paris Convention Centre, expects participants from major companies including SAP, The Kroger Co, bp, adidas, and Sony Music. Collectively, these leaders represent over 100 million employees, highlighting the scale of the discussions on the future of employment and workforce management.
Nicolas Hieronimus, CEO of L'Oréal Group, will join Jean-Claude Le Grand, Chief HR Officer, on stage to discuss the company's strategy integrating talent, skills, and AI. L'Oréal, recognized for its innovation, will share insights into how this approach fosters a creative environment and shapes future business directions.
Featured speakers include documentary filmmaker Louis Theroux, who will deliver a closing address on "Two Visions, Two AI Strategies." Other notable participants include HR analyst Josh Bersin, leadership expert Margaret Heffernan, and neuroscientist Anne-Laure Le Cunff, who will address topics ranging from AI strategies to leadership in uncertainty and human learning.
