USCF to Liquidate Five Exchange-Traded Funds

USCF, an exchange-traded product provider, has announced plans to close and liquidate five of its exchange-traded funds. The decision was approved by the Board of Trustees of the USCF ETF Trust.

The funds slated for liquidation are the USCF Sustainable Battery Metals Strategy Fund (ZSB), USCF Oil Plus Bitcoin Strategy Fund (WTIB), USCF Energy Commodity Strategy Absolute Return Fund (USE), USCF Gold Plus Income Strategy Fund (USG), and USCF Dividend Income Fund (UDI). Trading in these funds will cease in stages between October 20 and December 4, 2026, with final distributions to shareholders expected between late October and mid-December.

USCF has historically focused on product innovation, launching the first oil ETP, the United States Oil Fund, LP (USO), in 2006. The company has since introduced several other specialty products across commodity and private equity asset classes.

During the liquidation period, the funds may not be managed in accordance with their stated investment objectives. Shareholders will receive redemptions based on the net asset value of their shares on or about the respective liquidation dates.
