USD.AI has finalized a $128.9 million asset-backed GPU financing facility, the largest originated through its platform to date. The funding is designated to support the deployment of 32 NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 systems located in British Columbia, Canada.
The borrower is identified as a publicly-listed GPU cloud provider that manages large-scale NVIDIA clusters as a service for enterprise clients. These systems are secured under a multi-year agreement with an investment-grade counterparty, with existing deployments across North America, South America, and Europe.
This transaction aligns with USD.AI's strategy to address the financing needs of the "Compute Middle Market," a segment experiencing rapid growth in demand for AI infrastructure credit. The company aims to bridge the gap in this market where capital providers are relatively limited.
The $128.9 million facility surpasses USD.AI's previous largest, a $98.1 million GPU financing deal announced in June 2026, indicating increasing activity in specialized GPU infrastructure financing.
