Sunnyvale, Calif. – Uuni LLC released its new book, "The Disciplined Executive," on September 15, 2026. The book was written by Jani Hirvonen, founder of Uuni LLC.
The book aims to translate principles from elite athletic training into practical leadership development and enhance executive performance. Hirvonen, an accomplished athlete and over two decades of business experience, blends his insights from sports and the corporate world.
Uuni LLC, founded by Hirvonen in 2024, provides executive coaching and development services. The company utilizes training models from sports, such as deliberate practice and accountability, to cultivate leadership capabilities. "The Disciplined Executive" extends the principles of this coaching model into a published format.
In conjunction with the book's release, Uuni LLC has announced that all proceeds will be donated. Funds will support Junior Chamber International (JCI) in fostering future global leaders and Athletes Soul in assisting athletes transitioning out of their sports careers.
