Valmet corrects dividend payment date
Valmet has corrected the previously announced payment date for the second installment of its 2025 dividend. The revised payout date is October 8, 2026.
Valmet corrected information regarding the payment date for the second installment of its 2025 financial year dividend in a release dated October 2, 2026. The original payment date of October 7, 2026, stated in a September 29, 2026 release, was incorrect.
The revised payment date for the dividend installment of EUR 0.67 per share is now October 8, 2026. All other details remain unchanged. Shareholders registered in Valmet's shareholder register held by Euroclear Finland Oy on the record date of October 1, 2026, will receive the dividend.
As decided by the Annual General Meeting in 2026, Valmet is distributing a total dividend of EUR 1.35 per share for 2025 in two installments. The first installment, amounting to EUR 0.68 per share, was paid on April 9, 2026.
Valmet's dividend policy aims to distribute at least 50% of its profit for the period as dividends. The payout ratio for 2025 was 89%.
