Vasakronan has released its interim report for the first nine months of 2026, showing rental revenue of SEK 7,112 million, compared to SEK 7,049 million in the previous year. When adjusting for comparable property holdings, the company recorded a 1% decline in rental income.

New leasing activity accounted for 95,000 square meters, representing an annual rent of SEK 596 million. However, net leasing was negative, at SEK -125 million. By the end of September, the total portfolio occupancy rate stood at 87.1%, marking a 0.6 percentage point decrease from the end of 2025.

The operating surplus for the period reached SEK 5,224 million, slightly below the SEK 5,231 million reported during the same period in 2025. On a comparable basis, the surplus decreased by 2%. The figures highlight current market conditions, where commercial property operators face pressure on portfolio utilization.
