Veefin Solutions Secures In-Principle Approval for BSE Mainboard Migration

Fintech SaaS company Veefin Solutions has secured in-principle approval from the BSE's Internal Regulatory Oversight and Review Group (IRORG) to migrate its shares from the exchange’s SME Platform to the mainboard.

The migration framework requires Veefin to complete several conditions within a 45-day validity window. These include filing a formal listing application, submitting an updated information memorandum, and executing the Listing Agreement. The company must also provide its latest shareholding pattern and financial results compliant with SEBI regulations.

Upon transfer to the mainboard, Veefin will be subject to enhanced governance norms and regulatory frameworks applicable to mainboard-listed entities. Until then, its shares will continue to trade on the BSE SME platform.

Founded in 2020, Veefin develops supply chain finance and digital lending software. The move to the mainboard is considered a significant milestone, as mainboard-listed companies are typically larger and more appealing to institutional investors. Veefin has demonstrated substantial growth since its SME listing in 2023, marked by acquisitions and strategic investments.
