Veidekke secures contract for Bergen office development
Veidekke has been awarded a NOK 120 million contract by Tertnes Holding to construct a new office building in Bergen.
Norwegian construction firm Veidekke has finalized a design-build contract with Tertnes Holding for the Eidsvågbakken 13 office development in Bergen. The project is valued at approximately NOK 120 million excluding VAT.
The development consists of a 3,300-square-meter facility spanning one basement level and four floors of office space. This project represents a standard commercial development intended to meet current local demand for professional office environments in the Bergen area.
Veidekke stated that the project will be executed in direct cooperation with the client. Construction activities are set to move forward following the finalization of the contract terms.
