Velvix to Deploy 16 Gaming Machines at LaVie Resort Manila
Gaming machine manufacturer Velvix Corporation has signed a partnership agreement with LaVie Resort and Casino Manila. The deal will see 16 of Velvix's CurlX electronic gaming machines installed at the Manila venue.
Velvix Corporation has finalized a strategic cooperation agreement with LaVie Resort and Casino Manila, marking an expansion into the Philippine gaming market. The partnership involves the deployment of 16 CurlX electronic gaming machines (EGMs) at the Manila resort.
The agreement aims to establish a long-term collaboration, combining Velvix's hardware and game development with LaVie's operational presence in the Asian market. This initiative supports Velvix's objective to build a significant presence in key Asian gaming hubs.
The initial deployment will include 16 CurlX cabinets featuring localized jackpot configurations. Velvix will provide comprehensive support, including logistics, its backend system, staff training, and ongoing technical maintenance to ensure seamless operation.
Velvix CEO Stanley Ku stated that the Philippines represents an important market for the company. Stephen Tham, VP of Slots Operations at LaVie Resort & Casino Manila, noted that Velvix's machines meet the resort's performance benchmarks and will enhance its gaming portfolio.
